OLIVE TAPENADE SPAGHETTI RECIPE

Easy dinner. For you. If you like olives.

🌱 You Will Need:
– spaghetti (cooked as per pack instructions, reserve some of the cooking water)
– olive tapanade (I used Pelagonia – so good even just with crusty bread and if you are veggie it doesn’t contain anchovies)
– breadcrumbs (I used Sainsburys garlic & herb breadcrumbs) – amazing as a pasta topper, why have I only just discovered this?
– olive oil
– olives (chopped)
– vegetarian parmesan (grated)
– parsley (chopped)
– black pepper
– chilli flakes (optional)
– lemon juice

🫒1. Heat a good glug of olive oil in a wide pan. Once hot add the breadcrumbs, once they are golden add the tapanade.
🫒2. Give everything a mix then add the reserved pasta water and mix again.
🫒3. Add cooked spaghetti, olives, parmesan, parsley, black pepper, chilli flakes and lemon juice.
🫒4. Mix well and top with a drizzle of olive oil and breadcrumbs, serve with more parmesan and garlic bread.
