When I was in Osaka at yakiniku they recommended that we cook the steak well done. That it renders the fat since it’s so marbled. It was thinly cut and was actually delicious.

A little bit of tolerance goes a long way. The meat is clearly well done, I am pretty sure OP noticed the same. They however seem to like it. And I do not see them asking for opinions, they are just sharing what I would assume they enjoyed. If you have nothing nice or constructive to say, rest your fingers for a bit for when you do. 🤡🤡
