Its definitely got a few things I don't love. Significant gap in lid. I can probably figure out a way to improve that. But all in all,great tasting bird. The juices were bomb

  3. Pro-tip: put a aluminum/aluminium loaf pan with some water directly underneath and build your coals around it. That way you don’t get the acrid flavors from the fat dripping on the coals and smoking back up to your meat. You’ll thank me later 👍🏼

    I got a bungee strap with hooks to hold down my lid so it stays tight, works great

    Love rotisserie chicken and got the joetisserie when it came out for my BGE-L. amazing chicken among other things. Agree on drip pan under chicken. Yum.

    Question- how much does it cost to DIY the chicken versus the grocery store? Looking at the return on investment. Or is it more of a custom flavor thing?
