Immitation is the best form of flattery (see post about 3hrs ago). Dough is Mark Bittmans no-knead, extra yeast, from mix to pan in about 3 hours, with a little bit of mustard (1/2-1 teaspoon). Diced spring onions on top and let it bake at nuclear for about 10-12 mins in an oven.

Kulen is a regional croatian salami seasoned heavily. It's a pork sausage with high fat content, bordering on something between chorizo and n'duja, barely cured and heavy on paprika hence it's reddish color.
