Plant Based Jerky – Finally Some legit protein

Found at the Nashville Farmers Market. Honestly Louisville is the only plant based one ive had thats palatable, and this is better and like double the protein. Other flavors were too spicy for me but wondering if anyone has had this before? And what are some other jerkys i should try
