[Music] A quick and easy summer mushroom recipe. Tomato and mozzarella stuffed porttoella mushrooms using benna. Let’s start with the garlic butter. Place some benna butter in a pan. Add in chopped garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Remove the stalks of the porttoella mushrooms. Brush all over with that delicious garlic butter and barbecue grill or bake. Meanwhile, let’s make the filling. We need a half cherry tomatoes and chop the benna mozzarella. Next, spread pesto all over the mushrooms and fill with the tomatoes and the diced mozzarella.
