My usual sauce I make, and cover breaded wings in is made of maple, garlic, chilli and butter. I would absolutely try these.. as long as the strawberries pulled some of the savoury flavours and remained firm after the heat, it would be a sensory overload and I’m sure they’re on to something grand! Plum and duck are probably on the same level as strawbs and chicken in my imagination
