For those with an Instant Pot: you know those round wired stands you can put on the bottom of the Instant Pot to rest your meat on? Great to use to rest your grilled cheese on for a few minutes after you remove it from the pan. Keeps the bottom crisp instead of moist.

Not so much an InstantPot hack as ‘use a cooling rack… or something shaped similarly.’
i just put paper towel on the plate. keeps it crisp for me
