Was over at Alphaville in Bushwick recently and they had some fried shrooms with a spicy housemade sauce that were pretty darned good. Better than some of the disappointing soft pretzels I've had lately at other places. Got me wondering where else to go for good bar appetizers… granted, once you've had enough drinks, anything can seem delicious, but who's a cut above? (Any borough!)
