My mom made the wedding cake, road tripped 5 hours to the hotel, transported it to the venue, then decorated it there. 95% of the fondant flowers survived which was more than expected! The bride and groomed picked our color swatches from Home Depot and she went and found them to color match. All gluten-free and it was WARM in there!! She’s a beast. (Also made 200 dessert shots bc why not)
