I have a Ninja blender for fine to smooth mixing but I always use this to have enough chunky in there for balance. And it's just fun to put in the manual labor! I think we got it for a wedding present. I know it will wear out one day. What is a good new one available?

those manual choppers make cutting stuff so easy, fast – great thing to have!
I usually go knife and cutting board because it feels rewarding to dice / julienne by hand.
I’m a knife person. Nothing wrong with stuff like this, I just have limited kitchen space. Also trying to improve my chopping speed and technique. Its tough to master!
