
Made a cake for a friend’s bday this weekend, and finally pulled out the pumpkin puree! Sponge is a brown butter chiffon, fillings are a pumpkin mascarpone mousse and gingerbread crunch, and the frosting is a pumpkin spice IMBC. Oh and marzipan pumpkins, bc duh
First time doing a shell border or ruffles! I usually try and steer clear of piping tips 🤣
