Remove the byssus and foreign substances from the mussels. Wash them thoroughly. Pour about 7-8 tablespoons of olive oil into the pan. Add the onion and stir-fry lightly. 1 cup of soaked rice, chili pepper 1 cup of water, 1/3 Ts of paprika powder, 1/2 Ts of oyster sauce, 1/4 tsp of cinnamon powder, a little cumin (optional), a little pepper ,spread it out on a plate and let it cool for a while. Cut the mussels in half. Fill one side of the mussels with rice. Steam it over medium heat for about 20 minutes. It’s done deliciously It tastes even better if you sprinkle lemon juice on it.
