1) Seasoned baked chicken thighs (paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chilli flakes, oregano, small bit of Dijon and olive oil) with a white bean salad. The dressing on this salad was the star (fresh ginger, turmeric, dill and parsley from my garden! I also added honey, EVOO, fresh lemon juice and some spring onion)

2) a platter for dinner: blackberries, blueberries, cucumber, carrot, salt and pepper tofu, sweet potato, tomatoes and dark chocolate. With hummus and sumac

3) crispy skin salmon, spicy cucumber, pickley carrots -used rice wine vinegar, white rice NAUGHTY, avo and nori

4) another dinner platter.. capsicum, pickles, olives, sweet potato, blueberries, apple, dates, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, hummus

5) chicken breast, can't remember how that was cooked.. probably baked.., pickley carrots, quick veg stir fry
