I have a stupid question – but it’s a genuine one. I see these videos all the time – what do you do with that meat. Do you make sandwiches? I’m sure it tastes superb but I can only think of one thing to do with it.
Also, that’s a huge piece of meat – do you freeze it or only make it when there is a gathering?
