Cooked overnight on the camp chef DLX pellet smoker at 225, had the flame go out and the internal temp dropped 30+ degrees mid cook but I'm pretty happy with the end result of my first.

  8. I can’t wait til my next smoke. I’m going to put that slab o’ meat into a vise, squeeze the shit out of it, collect the juices into a bucket, and throw the juices out the window. I will then post the video of it on here.
