Mac and cheese ✨
12 oz pasta
4 Tbs butter
1/4 cup flour
2 1/4 cups milk
6 oz freshly shredded cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
3/4 tsp salt
•Bring pasta to boil and cook according to directions on package.
•Drain.
•Melt butter then add flour and whisk until combined.
•Add seasonings.
•Whisk in milk slowly until smooth and creamy.
•Add shredded cheese. Stir until well combined and cheese is melted.
•Add pasta back into the pot with the sauce.
