Here are some spicy sauces I've bought recently. From left to right are the order I plan on eating them. Let me know if I should switch any around. Also let me know of any well know sauces can fit In there, I'm thinking Yellowbird, Marie Sharp, Melinda's etc.

Basic greatest hits starter package
Greatest Basic Hits starter package. The plus side is they only get better from here, but you definitely have your foot in the door, rather in the right direction.

Grocery store specials. Find some specialty sauces!
You need to open and use that Marie Sharp’s orginal Habanero hot sauce. That sauce will cause you to hunt down other Marie Sharp’s sauces, and you’ll see the light.
You’re missing the green Cholula
We have similar tastes. I have most of these in my fridge right now.

Swap the sriracha to Underwood Ranch’s its so much better than Huy’s nowadays and is the folks who used to make the peppers for Huy’s initial sriracha before they switched suppliers.
Haven’t tried yellow bird, chick fila or Popeyes… rest are solid… I’ve got a different sauce and heat level depending on what the food is. Looks like you’re doing same.. now open them and use em
You should absolutely try Underwood Ranch’s Sriracha, it is leagues better than Huy Fong.
Yellow bird is amazingly tasty, but not very hot. El yucateco is good, their X blend packs heat. Everything else depicted is very weak lol

Have you tried Melinda’s Mexicana? It’s quite good.
Yuca green is good, but it doesn’t really have ‘traditional’ green flavors. You should get something tangy in there.
There’s a few readily available varieties you should try in general : Something from Queen Majesty, something from Bravado, and maybe some Tab Scorp.
You seem to favor sweetness in your sauce. Fucking gross.
