


My coworker got married yesterday and asked me to make a small cake to be cut by the couple (they served sheet cakes to the guests.) They wanted it very simple so I tried my hardest to keep it minimalistic.
This was a 6" cake with Easy Buttercream (swiss meringue made with carton, pasteurized egg whites). Embellished with sugared rosemary sprigs.
