Oh, that’s a neat idea! I’m actually planning to start another batch of pizza dough tomorrow and therefore am looking up ideas to plan out what I’ll make. (I sometimes include dough mix-ins, like a little garlic and cayenne in dough for Buffalo chicken calzones.)
I’ve lately been doing garlic jalapeño with a “Mexican” cheese blend instead of mozzarella and chipotle chicken, and I want to try something else. I’ll have to check my pickles to see if they’re crisp enough for this, but if not, this gives me another idea. Thanks!

Did you cook the pickles into it? Tbh what holds me back from making something similar as a pickle fiend is that hot pickles are nasty. Id probably throw them on cold after bake. Maybe some mustard too.

I first heard about dill pickles on pizza with peanut butter on a NCIS episode. Surely made up. Now this! Not the biggest dill pickle fan usually go sweet relish for my hamburgers. I don’t hate dill pickles though and love a spear to cleanse the palette when eating a rich sandwich. This picture makes me want to try it.
