Marinated in Allegro for 2 hours. Removed drip tray from Traeger to get a better sear. Didn't get quite as hot as I wanted my main complaint about pellet grills is they just can't sear.
Over all 7/10.

Walmart steaks are great. Walmart has a (or my Walmart anyway) has quite a wide selection of meat. Everything from cheap 70/30 ground beef to different cuts of lamb, ground bison, and salmon. Ive had pretty much all the different steaks and meats they offer I love the “higher end” Walmart meat if that’s even a thing 😂

Just picked up a 3 pack of really nicely marbled and thick ribeyes at Walmart for $11.27/lb. USD. Don’t sleep on the Walmart steaks.

We used to have porterhouses available at ours until about a month ago and they were amazing and always less than 15 /lb. Wife and I could split one and both be full and happy with the quality.

For those of us who shop the steak, not the type of cut and or butcher shop, we can find a good steak at a good price at just about any counter. Good looking dinner right there!

I like really thick steaks and just cant get that at walmart.

Back when I worked 2nd shift, I’d stop at Wally world on my way home. Pick up a big steak, salad, potatoes & a six pack, it was my end of the week “steak & cold beer night. I’d be out in the backyard listening to music, drinking beer and during up the grill at 2 in the morning.

Between Aldi, Trader Joe’s, and Walmart, I have to say I’ve had more worse luck with TJ’s and Aldi’s than I had with Walmart.
Only like every 6th trip I make to a TJ’s do I find a good steak and maybe every 4th trip to Aldi’s do I get a good one. Walmart has usually been between 1-2 trips that I find good steak. They’re usually sold out but it’s rare for me to not find a good one at Walmart.
