Recipe:
– 160g light Greek yoghurt (89 cals)
– 100mL unsweetened almond milk (25 cals)
– 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup (8 cals)
– 5g matcha latte powder (19 cals)
– 15g chia seeds (67 cals)
– 50g strawberries, diced (17 cals)
Mix the yoghurt, milk, syrup and matcha, then stir in the chia seeds, top with strawberries. Pop it in the fright overnight and there’s your high protein and fibre breakfast!
