I got damn lucky with my last two cakes. Haven’t made a cake since 2019. Made less than 10 cakes total in my lifetime. These were both from the last month. I would really like to do a gold ganache drizzle and also a tiered cake but am intimidated by trying out pans for tiers. Any advice would be welcome!

you can do tiered cakes. if you can do these you can do tiered cakes no problem. it just takes dowels.
