
Just for you to know, this is what a lot of people should post everyday instead of carbonara.
Because this is what all Italy actually make almost everyday.
Carbonara is traditional from Rome, Pasta al sugo is traditional of Italy.
Really easy to make, just combine any kind of pasta with simple tomato sauce (I sautéed some shallots but any type of onion is fine), a little bit of salt and pepper and you are good to go.

I am italian, my family and I never ever eat plain tomato sauce pasta.
We prepare more amatriciana, puttanesca, 4 formaggi and other sauces more than carbonara, I give you that
