Currently in Japan. How do you prepare these exactly?
Yea I'm a dingus and possibly a donut as well, but do I just add hot water? Put it on a stove as is? Dump the contents in a pot? Never had or seen these before so had to test them out and I don't want to screw up.

I could be wrong but I feel you should be able to use Google translate on the image you took to reveal the instructions for your delicious meal. Enjoy!

How to eat:
Remove soup and ingredients. Be sure to add the soup before adding the ingredients and heat over low to medium heat. If you heat the pot without adding the soup, holes will appear in the pot. Once the ingredients are cooked through, it is ready to eat.

The IH対応 means induction compatible, so you can cook it using an induction stove.
