    Fermented cashew cheese :
    -Active culture made from homemade sauerkraut
    -Nutritional yeast
    -Chickpea Miso
    -Soaked Cashews
    -Salt
    -Herbs

    Two day fermentation, one day in fridge , 8 hours in front of fan.

    Delicious!
