A new seven-story hotel is headed to Cary’s Fenton development.
Officials on Wednesday announced The Pagemore Hotel at Fenton. The 186-room hotel is expected to open in fall 2027.
The hotel will include Eastern Mediterranean restaurant, Barouk, plus a lobby bar and coffee concept. There will be meeting and event space for up to 200 guests.
Construction began on the Fenton development in late 2020, and Fenton Cary opened in May 2022. The sprawling mixed-use center is down the road from what used to be Cary Towne Center Mall, which closed in January 2021 after being purchased by Epic Games to be used as their new headquarters.
