My first time making a cheesecake – I made the Basque cheesecake from the NYT (https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1024483-basque-cheesecake). Also my first time using a springform pan.
It broke at the top when it was rising in the oven – perhaps I overfilled it but the recipe did note that it would rise above the top of the pan.
It tasted glorious.
