I’ve been in a Baking mood lately.
Last week I did macarons with pistachio with milk chocolate filling; dark chocolate ganache. And some of them had a bit of salted caramel in the middle.
And today I was craving choux but my favourite spot which used to sell them closed… so, I decided to try to make them. 👌 First time ever but absolutelly happy with the results.
but I have to say, my sem is still hurting from piping the filling. 🫣 And yes, I used the salted caramel which I had from the macarons.
And now I’m thinking what to bake this weekend.

    What are your favourite fillings for macarons? Looking for inspiration. Wanted to do raspberry but the raspberry puree I like is currently soldout 🥺

    They look great! My 2 favs are coconut creame with shredded toasted coconut on the outside or a creme brulee with some sugar rocks on the outside for a crunch!

    Your macarons look so pretty!
    I have a love/hate relationship with baking them! Lol
    I love to bake them, but hate the humidity where I live.i have to freeze my house out to get them to set properly.

    Your marbling is beautiful. I prefer chocolate or pistachio. Prefer less fruit.
