I bet you’ll never have tuna this good in your life! 🤤 🔥

Look at that, my friends. Do you know what that is? That is a giant piece of redeye tuna. You’re not just going to find that at your local grocery store. You’re going to have to go to a special fish market to find it. That piece right there will cost you about 40 bucks. I recently went to the lake. I was hanging around with about 40 50 people. And I made this as an appetizer and gave everybody a bite. And everybody wanted to know how I made it. So today, I’m going to show you exactly how I did it. Pay attention to the details. Now, this part’s super easy. Let the tuna sit out for a little bit. Get to room temperature. You can totally use sesame oil, but I’m showing you exactly how I did it at the lake cuz I was keeping it simple. So, I got some extra virgin olive oil. We’re just going to do a small little coating. Just like that. Rub it around. Now, you grab the Dano’s crunchy. That’s the black top. I promise you, there’s nothing like it. It’s got sesame seeds in there and large chunks of rosemary, lemon peel, orange peel, garlic, onion. We’re going to put a heavy coating on there. We do the same to the other side. All right, that was pretty easy. Now, let’s go get our flat top ready. I told you guys, I’m showing you exactly how I made it at the legs. Pay attention to the details. All right, so the Blackstoneone has been preheating for about 10 minutes. Extra virgin olive oil. Nice little dollop. Grab the steak and put it right in there. Pat it down. You want to give it about 1 and 1/2 minutes. This is super thick, so I give it about 90 seconds. Now, we get our oil again. Put us another little spot on our fresh part of the grill. We grab it and we flip it. New oil, new hot spot. Maybe give it a little oil on this top side cuz we’re kind of on a hill. Make sure to get a nice toast on all those sesame seeds and everything and all that flavor. Let it open up. All right, so it’s been about 3 minutes total. Look at that. Look at this perfect sear on there. Look at that. Now, we’re going to take this inside and we’re going to put it straight in the fridge for about an hour. All right, after 1 hour in the fridge, it’s time to slice it. But just wait, cuz we’re not done yet. Slice it nice and thin in your perfect little strips. Look at that. I mean, does it really get much prettier than that? So, the final step is super easy. You need some peanut sauce and some soy sauce. And then you do it just like this. Grab you a piece of that delicious looking tuna and give it a dip in the peanut sauce first. Peanut sauce first. And then dip it in the soy just like that. Then get a bite. That is why every person at this island wanted to know how I made this. That is why I made it. So you guys can go out there, yum, yum, get you some, and give it a try for yourself.
