
I’ve been making this thing nearly every day for a while.
Ingredients:
Nonfat Greek yogurt – 30g
Cottage cheese (blended smooth): 40g
Self rising flour: 30g
Carbquik: 50g
Baking soda: 1 tsp
Lily’s dark chocolate chips: 21g
Vanilla extract: 2 tsp
Mix all and bake at 350f for 6-8 minutes
I mix 1 tbsp of sugar with some cinnamon and coat the top of the cookie after it’s done baking. This step isn’t exactly optional because it adds needed sweetness
