Get a pot and add in some cold water along with a generous amount of salt. Cook up your penet pasta as instructed. While that’s cooking, get a pan and add in some extra virgin olive oil. Get an onion, slice and dice that, adding that to the pan and cook that on a low to medium heat. When it gets this brown, grab a few cloves of garlic, slice and dice those, adding those to the pan, and continue to cook that on a low to medium heat until golden brown. Get a generous handful of spinach, rinse it, and dice it, adding it to a blender along with 300 ml of water. Blend it until it reaches this consistency and add it to your pan along with a few cracks of black pepper and allow that to simmer on a low to medium heat. When it reaches this consistency, add in your cooked pasta along with some feta. Cook it for a couple more minutes. And there you have it.
