Convert Genesis S-315 to NG, do I need a regulator?

I bough Genesis S-315 Gas Grill (Liquid Propane) Model number: 1500568

From Lowe’s for $250 a week or so ago.

I want to convert it to NG.

So I ordered this NG manifold from Weber.

NG manifold assembly, 3 burner Genesis 2024 2400704 $75.99

Will I need to use a regulator with this manifold?

My gas pressure is 7.55 inches of h2o with a 20k btu load running.
