Holy moly, did this come out right! I usually do butter and/or mayo, we have one of those olive oil sprayers so it was much easier and less messy. Might have to be my default going forward. 8 min @ 400° with a flip at the 4 min mark. Perfection. Tomato soup because it’s the perfect weather for it today.

    I use oil all the time, but I use a frying pan instead. It’s very good… it makes for a lighter, crispier sandwich.
