Instinct says yes as it’s just a one pot boiling it all together but I’m wondering if I’d need to adapt anything?

    This doesn’t look like just one pot boiled at all.

    It’s a bunch of sauteed things that are then braised. You could make something with all these ingredients in a slow cooker but it would be lacking in flavor

    Only one way to find out, give it a go! I prefer chicken thighs slow-cooked, so I’d be tempted to slow cook it too. I’d probably add the peppers with about an hour to go rather than straight away so they don’t get overcooked, dice the shallot as finely as you can so that it melts into the sauce, use a bit less liquid (it won’t boil off much) and the yoghurt should definitely go in at the end. Four hours on high should do it. Let us know how it goes!
