Are these still safe even if they end up sealing? I’ll remove the rings and check the seals at the 24 hour mark

  1. Did you use a tested recipe and method? Just because a jar seals, doesn’t mean the contents are safe.

    Were these par cooked? I’m assuming so if you added water. Dropped water levels shouldn’t hurt as long as it’s not too much and seal is still good. Any food inside canner when you opened it?
