Hi everybody. Welcome back to my channel. If you’re new here, welcome. I want to show you one of my new favorite chicken dishes today. It’s called marry me chicken pasta. Now, I know this marry me chicken was all the rage a couple years ago, but I never got around to trying the recipe, but I am so glad I did. It tastes like something you would get at a restaurant. It so full of flavor and super easy to make. So, stay tuned. You’re going to need some boneless, skinless chicken thighs cut into cubes, or you could also use breasts, some fresh spinach, shredded parmesan cheese, some diced onion, chopped garlic, sundried tomatoes that have been juliened. I like to use the kind not in oil, but if you can’t find those, the kind packed in oil is fine. I like this brand. Some cream, olive oil, and fresh basil. Now, in a large skillet, I have my olive oil heating up, and we’re just going to put our cubes of chicken in there. Now, we want to cook these most of the way through, which is going to take 3 to 4 minutes. And you just want to get them lightly brown. And I also just lightly uh put a little seasoning salt on there. Now, once that happens, we’re going to put in our finely chopped onion and chopped garlic. And we’re going to sweat those out for another minute or two. [Music] Then go ahead and add in your sundried tomatoes. Now, this is optional, but I like to use some brandy. It’s two tablespoons to deglaze the pan. You can also use white wine or you can just use chicken stock, but the brandy or white wine gives it a very good flavor. Then go ahead and add your cream in. And then you’re just going to let this simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. And then add in your Parmesan cheese. And pretty soon the sauce will start to thicken up. Then add in your u fresh spinach. It’s about three cups. I know that sounds like a lot, but you know how much that it shrinks. And then I at the end I put in the chopped fresh basil. And oh my gosh, you guys, it smells so amazing. Just like you would get at a restaurant. Now, I’m using this Carpey DM lowarb high-fiber pasta, but any pasta will do. It’s about three cups of cooked pasta. And then I added a little bit of the pasta water. Um that’s just going to help enhance the sauce. And then um some fresh pepper. And if you need some salt, add that too. And you guys, it’s going to thicken up even a little bit more in just a minute. And that’s all there is to it. Here’s your bite. I know if you guys try this, it’s going to be one of your new favorites. [Music]

  1. I haven’t tried that pasta. Does it taste good ? I mostly eat the high protein barilla one. This dish looks really good !!!

  2. Che bel video! Il pollo con pomodori secchi e spinaci è sempre una buona idea — un piatto colorato e pieno di sapore. Complimenti per la presentazione! 👏

  3. Hi, Karen!

This Marry Me Chicken looks fantastic! I love that you started the chicken on its own to give it some color, then added the other ingredients. A bit of brandy would be nice, but I also like the recommendation of white wine to deglaze the pan–I think white wine is great with chicken. You also did a good job of showing how spinach wilts, so we usually need to add more than we think.

    Great job as always!
