Hey guys, Chef Joe Simmona here. Today we’re going to be making taziki sauce, which goes great with chicken suaki, a whole bunch of other stuff. We got some basic ingredients here, including Greek yogurt. Don’t hate on the yogurt coming up. This is a seedless cucumber. You can find them anywhere. They’re like European cucumbers. When it’s all done, it looks like that. In a clean towel, place the cucumbers on. Get all that water out. Next, we’re going to add a whole 2 lb 8 oz. We’re going to add 1 cup of sour cream. Add the juice of four lemons. Half a teaspoon of garlic powder. Half teaspoon of salt. I like black pepper. We’re going to go with 1/4 teaspoon. Now, Japanese breadrumbs are optional. We’re going 1/2 cup cuz I like it fat. And mix. Now, we taste. Now, you can see the cucumbers all nice throughout there. It’s kind of thick. That’s how I like it. Now, we’re tasting it.
