I’m roasting a pork shoulder and I just decided this is how I want to eat it. I’d be willing to go up to a 35 minute motorcycle ride from lower Manhattan.
Edit: ended up going to Sobre Masa. For all things good was not selling tortillas today. Will report back on EL SABOR!
Update2: sobre masa is fucking amazing. Such deep flavor coming out of the corn. I’ll be making the schlep out to Bushwick often. https://imgur.com/a/Kv3X1n3

For All Things Good in Bed Stuy. I haven’t been there in a minute, but you at least used to be able to choose from white, red, or blue corn.
here is another thread where people discuss what taquerias make their tortillas from scratch.

You probably don’t even need to leave lower manhattan for it. I’d bet you could even find a place in a few block radius.
Enjoy!
Ah, this question is relevant to my interests. You’ll want to find your way to Brooklyn and head to Tortilleria La Malinche!

It’s a tortilla factory with a hole in the wall taco joint. They’ll have what you need.
