Because many people cook it until it looks like an old shoe.

  6. Saw the pic first, thought the title would be
    “Women who eat their placentas.”

But on second look, looks good.

i think lamb is just not a staple of typical american cuisine and thus comes off as high brow food. but honestly, it’s such a delicacy and often can be cheaper than beef counterparts (particularly right now).

i picked up some lamb chops, dusted them with a morrocan spice rub, and fired them off on the flaptop. drizzled a peruvian yellow sauce (aji amarillo, sour cream/greek yogurt, cumin, mayo, garlic, s&p)… one of the best meals i make.

I’ve never heard anyone say Lamb is underrated. I’ve always heard, I fucking LOVE lamb.

It may be underrated but it costs as much as a good cut of beef

I’ve never looked at food and become as hungry as I am now

I remember when I was a kid my dad’s mom, who was from Connecticut, would always make lamb for holiday meals. I don’t think I ever ate any, but I do remember the mint jelly, which I called kryptonite.

To this day I do t think I’ve ever eaten lamb. Maybe I’ll try it the next time I go to Fogo de Chão

I love lamb, but the expense makes it a special-occasion treat for me.
