Caught and grilled our own halfbeak — insanely good!!

Went fishing with my family and we actually caught some halfbeak!
We filleted them, grilled them fresh, and wow… they turned out amazing.
Dipped them in a mix of mayo, soy sauce, and wasabi — absolute perfection.
