First two pics are of last night’s dinner – Hibachi Fried Rice on the blackstone. I used steak, chicken breast, a couple strips of bacon, and a bunch of eggs. Some fridge-cleanout for the veggies (broccolini, mushrooms, bell peppers) as well as frozen peas and carrots. Sauces are hoisin, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
Third pic is Barbacoa – which was good but not incredible. However, throw that shredded spicy meat in a whole-wheat tortilla and make a quesadilla… incredible!!
Fourth pic is a lunch (so sorry!) A solo meal! Air-fried chicken wings and broccolini, with frank’s red hot and Kinder’s BBQ sauce. So simple and good!
Fifth pic is a NY Strip with jasmine rice and Brussels sprouts. Love it!
Sixth pic is a BLT on my homemade sourdough, and the next pic is my homemade sourdough.
Eighth pic is a Vietnamese noodle salad- rice noodles, grilled chicken, tons of veg, and a tangy soy and lime sauce.
Ninth and tenth pics are oven-baked ribs with veggies!!
Last pic is our new gorgeous dachshund- Maple!! Just included for cuteness.

Puppy is adorable! I’ve been meaning to try oven baked ribs and this is the perfect inspiration I needed.
