It’s so simple! You will fall in love with this haddock recipe! Super easy fish recipe!
INGREDIENTS:
• Haddock (250g)
• Salt and pepper
• Paprika
• Olive oil (1 tbsp)
• Garlic (3 cloves)
• Butter (10g)
• White wine (1/2 cup)
• Thyme
• Dill
• Heavy cream (1 cup)
• Chicken stock (1 cup)
INSTRUCTIONS:
• Season both sides the haddock with salt, pepper and paprika
• Heat up a pan on medium heat, melt the butter
• Add in half of the garlic, cook for 45 seconds
• Add in the white wine, thyme, chicken stock and heavy cream. Bring it to a boil
• Season with salt and pepper, add in some dill and bring the sauce to a boil
• Placed the seasoned haddock into a baking tray, cover with olive oil and the rest of the garlic
• Add the sauce into the baking tray
• Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes
• All done! This dish will make you fall in love with haddock or other types of fish!

Let’s make some delicious and easy haddock today! Start by seasoning the fish with salt and pepper Add 1 tsp of paprika on each fish Using your hand, rub the seasoning into the fish Flip and repeat Thinly slice 3 cloves of garlic Heat up a pan on medium heat Melt 10g of butter Add in about half of the garlic, stir and cook for 45 seconds Add 1/2 cup of white wine Thyme 1 cup of chicken stock 1 cup of heavy cream Stir and bring the sauce to a boil Season with salt and pepper Add in some dill In a baking tray, add in the haddock with rest of the garlic Add 1 tbsp of olive oil Add the sauce into the baking tray Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes All done! You won’t believe how delicious this simple and quick haddock is! Add some of the extra sauce on top of the haddock You can enjoy this with some rice of pasta, this makes a super easy and tasty meal!
