Yay! Let’s go. Yay. Let’s go. No time to waste. Let’s jump right into what we’ve got for today. Chicken stock, beef broth, whipping cream, dry marsala wine, balsamic vinegar, chopped onions, turkey hot dogs, fresh parsley, brown mushrooms, lemons, salt, extra virgin olive oil, oregano, thyme, dry parsley, black pepper, unsalted butter, chicken breast, carrots, rosemary, garlic, potato and brown mushrooms. Get right here with me, swaggers. Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp of butter in a large skillet over mediumigh heat. Add onions and stir. We are about cooking a classic Italian American dish featuring handseared chicken in a rich savory mushroom and Marsala wine sauce. Add turkey hot dog. Please note this is not a bacon. Add brown mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes until brown and tender. Stir in garlic and cook for another 30 seconds. Pour in the marsala, wine, and vinegar. Uh-oh. Oh, somebody is about to get drunk. Add the chicken broth. Add beef broth if preferred. The aroma of the Marsala sauce has filled the entire house. Smells amazing. Add salt to taste. Now, time for the chicken breasts. Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp of butter in a frying pan or skillet over mediumigh heat. Fry the chicken breast for some minutes per side until golden brown. Make sure you add salt and black pepper per side before frying. Looks so rich. Add cooked carrots. Don’t skip to glazing the pan. Those brown bits are what make the sauce amazing. Add cooked potatoes. Add herb spices like oregano, thyme, dry parsley, sage. [Music] Look at that. Turning golden brown. Let me just say it’s getting there. It’s 30% turning golden brown. The chicken isn’t completely done yet. We’ll let it finish cooking once it goes into the Marsala sauce. Oh my god. At this time, the air is rich with the fragrance of Marcala sauce. That’s how you know it’s cooking perfectly. Add whipping cream to the cooked marsala sauce. [Music] Cut fresh parsley into pieces. And that’s it right there. the real golden brown chicken breasts. [Music] Next, we’ll let the chicken simmer in the flavorful Marsala sauce for another 8 to 10 minutes so it becomes tender and fully cooked. Just listen to that sound.
