For over a decade, my wife and I lived in a tiny apartment with one window that barely got sunlight. I’d get at MOST 6 tiny peppers! Last year we moved before our son was born and I built a cheap little plastic greenhouse from Rona in the backyard.
This is about half of my peppers from 2 plants! I have about 30 that weren’t ready to pick but I wanted to get some hot sauce and hot honey made before thanksgiving.
Also pickled banana peppers in a bread and butter brine I made with the hot peppers!

So insanely happy with how these turned out, very hot and super flavourful!

Honey: I just added 4 sliced peppers per large jar, cloves, little sliced garlic and some paprika.

Hot sauce: is with grilled pineapple and Granny Smith apple, banana peppers, yellow bell peppers, red onion, garlic, honey, salt, apple cider vinegar.

Pickled peppers: for one big mason jar. Fill the jar with banana peppers and hot peppers to desired heat, 1 & 1/2 tablespoons coarse salt, 1 cup thinly sliced sweet onion, 1 cup granulated sugar, 1 cup white vinegar, 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup light brown sugar, 1 & 1/2 teaspoons mustard seeds, 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds, 1/8 teaspoon ground turmeric.

Been loving the hot pepper community, so much to learn and improve on now that I can actually grow properly! I’ve already learned so much from all the helpful people in this subreddit! Appreciate ya’ll! Looking forward to giving my hotsauce and honey to all the neighbours and family lol
