The event, scheduled for Saturday, November 29, from 11am to 4pm, offers a range of festive activities for all ages.
Children can meet Santa, with a gift costing £4 per child.
There will also be craft events and other activities throughout the day.
Adults can enjoy a variety of stalls, the Town Hall Gift Shop, and a chance to meet Elsa.
An electric bus and fire engine will also be on display.
Visitors can relax in the pop-up tea room, with Christmas music adding to the festive atmosphere.
Parking for the event is available at the multi-storey car park on Leigh Street.
Warrington Town Hall will also host the Mayoral Christmas Dinner on Friday, December 5, from 6.45pm to 10pm.
Tickets cost £30, including a pre-dinner drink, with proceeds going to the mayoral charities.
A paid bar will also be available.
On Friday, December 12, the Town Hall will serve Christmas Afternoon Tea at 12.30pm and 2.30pm.
The cost is £17.50 per person, with an additional £2.50 for a glass of prosecco.
