You can’t get enough of this creamy roasted red pepper dip from the Middle East. Muamara. To make it, you slice red peppers in half and core out the insides. Set the peppers on lightly oiled baking sheet and bake them until the skins char and bubble up. Remove from heat and cover to let the skins steam off. Remove the skins. Then add the chopped roasted peppers to a food processor along with walnuts, breadrumbs, garlic, lemon juice, pomegranate, molasses, cayenne, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
