👉 INGREDIENTS
1 whole basa fish fillet
1 tsp Sumac
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Oregano leaves
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Black pepper
*Save tsp of the seasoning not 1 tablespoon*
3-4 tbsp Olive oil
1 cup Cherry tomatoes
2-3 tbsp Sliced olives or 1/4 cup whole olives
1/2 Red Onion
1 tbsp Capers

This is the most juiciest, the quickest, and the tastiest fish you’ll ever make. Baked in a skillet with some cherry tomatoes, olives, fresh herbs, you name it. Let us make Mediterranean style baked fish. Super easy and ready under 30 minutes. Right here we have our fish filt. I’m using the basa filt here. I love it, guys. Trust me. You can use any of your favorite fish fillet. As usual, you want to pat dry it. You want to get rid of any water or moisture in there. [Music] Now you need extra virgin olive oil to rub it on the fish. We need virgin olive oil like the real olive oil because no olive oil gives it a really really good flavor, right? that Mediterranean feel in a fish. So now you want to generously rub that on both sides of the fish. Recipes [Music] African Asian American and worldwide recipes to mix the seasoning. Right here I have some sumak. Add in some oregano leaves, garlic powder, parsley, black pepper, salt to taste, chili flakes. You can always adjust the chili flakes according to how you can tolerate the heat. You can as well use the whole olives. It doesn’t matter. I’m using the calamata olives here. Adding some coppers. It’s going to give you that really, really rich Mediterranean flavor. The breeze of the Mediterranean. I love this recipe because it has like a sweet um tangy flavor which just blends easily with the fish. I added in some onion and remaining seasonings. I forgot to mention with you guys from the beginning, please keep 1 tbsp of the seasonings. Okay, I just squeezed in some lemon juice in there too with a little bit of olive oil. Go ahead and just mix everything together until it is well combined. You need the olive oil because it’s going to make the veggies have a also have like a very good flavor as well. You want to place the fish there. I just love my olive oil on this recipe. I just sprinkle some olive oil. Let it go to the oven for 10 to 15 minutes and after the time dinner is ready. Quick and easy. That’s it. No complicated ingredients. Quick for busy day. Just ready in no time. If you’ve had a long day, this is what you should be thinking of to make. I went ahead and served this with some pasta. You can serve it with rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes, whatever you like. Also, some couscous. It is so good with some couscous or quinoa. I’m just going to break this so you see how fully cooked and flaky that is. Very, very juicy to the core. Super delicious, tasty, flavorful. You name it.
