Now, I know a lot of y’all aren’t running to the table for your greens, but trust me, this one’s worth it. You’re going to take some fresh asparagus and drizzle some oil on it, and then sprinkle it with some salt and pepper, and then give it a toss so every stalks coated. In a small bowl, you’re going to mix some cherry tomatoes with olive oil and minced garlic. And you’re going to set that aside. Back to the asparagus. Sprinkle some shaved parmesan right down the center and spoon that tomato mixture over the top. And then drizzle with some balsamic glaze. and add some fresh chopped basil. You’re going to bake it at 350° for about 15 minutes until the asparagus is tender and the cheese is softened. Healthy never tasted so good, y’all. I’m telling you right now, if you don’t eat it all, your friends and family will.
