What's your easy gym bro meal, you know those ones that just eat chicken and rice everyday.

Would love to know everyone's easy nutritious, delicious meals, for me it's this simple tofu, sweet potato and kale fry up with home made sriracha.

    Tofu, mushrooms, and cloves of garlic cooked in the air fryer, served on a bed of kale

    Almond noodles with tofu and broccoli. I make an almond sauce with almond butter, rice vinegar, soy sauce, stuff like that. Use some protein added spaghetti with air fried tofu and broccoli

    I can’t seem to get on board with Tofu or tempeh without it being absolutely drowned in some type of sauce/stock

    Whole block of firm tofu, break into bite sized chunks, cover in spices then chuck in the air fryer. Eat with hummus or buffalo sauce.

    Air fried tofu, air fried courgette (halved lengthways, scored with a cross cross pattern and seasoned with salt and pepper), spinach, kimchi, tomatoes and cucumbers cut into little pieces and seasoned with salt, pepper, lemon juice and oregano

    Seitan slices into airfryer. Rice. Some random chili sauce from the fridge. Spinach chopped.
